My Story
OBSERVATION
The Pattern I Kept Seeing
Over three decades in consulting, management, and academic roles, I saw the same pattern repeat across organizations. As they grew—adding products, markets, and teams—their clarity weakened. Signals conflicted. Experiences diverged. Customers became less certain about what the organization truly stood for. The problem was rarely visibility. The problem was coherence.
